Funding Sources – Home Care for the Disabled

Illinois Department of Human Services – Division of Disabilities (DDD) Funding- Options for Home Based Service (HBS) programs: Grants are provided to eligible individuals on a monthly basis. These grants enable those with intellectually or developmental disabilities the opportunity of staying at home with family.

Private Funds: Services can be obtained through the use of the family or individual funds or through a special needs trust. We assist clients helping them to receive all available funding.

The Illinois Department of Human Services provides financial support under Section 1915(c) of the Federal Social Security Act which allows a state to operate Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers within its Medicaid program.
